Straight answers, no hype.
What it is, who it's for, what it costs, how it works, and how it compares to the champion-template programs.
What is Dawg & Rabbit Fitness?
Dawg & Rabbit Fitness is an evidence-based, individualized CrossFit and hybrid-training app. You enter your lifts, benchmarks, goals, schedule, and recovery data, and it generates a personalized 12-week periodized training program, tracks your training load (ACWR, TRIMP, CTL/ATL/TSB), and adapts the plan mid-cycle. Every prescription is tied to peer-reviewed sport science.
Who is it for?
Self-coached intermediate-to-advanced CrossFitters and hybrid athletes training 4–6×/week who have outgrown generic PDF programs but don't want to pay $200–500/month for 1:1 coaching — athletes preparing for the Open, quarterfinals, or semifinals, and hybrid strength-plus-endurance athletes who want periodization, not random WODs. It is not built for pure bodybuilders.
How much does it cost?
$19.99/month or $179.99/year (effective $14.99/mo — 25% off monthly). Building your profile, tracking metrics, and logging sessions is free; program generation is the paid feature. No free trial, cancel anytime. See full pricing.
Is Dawg & Rabbit Fitness legit?
Yes. It's a live subscription app operated by EOD 1330 LLC (Texas), billed securely through Stripe. The differentiator is intellectual honesty: every prescription is traceable to peer-reviewed research (Banister, Seiler, Schoenfeld, Gabbett, Mujika, Issurin and others), with the citations exposed in-app rather than hidden behind a black box.
How does the program know what's best for me?
Because you tell it. Your lifts, benchmarks, schedule, sleep, stress, goals, and competition calendar become constraints on what the program may prescribe, and it reads every session you log. It applies peer-reviewed periodization to fit those inputs to evidence-based dose-response curves, then re-plans when your recovery or PRs change. Every rationale is exposed so you can trace it to the citation.
How is this different from HWPO, Mayhem, or PRVN?
Those are champion-athlete-branded programs. Most will scale loads to your max lifts, but the program itself is the same for everyone — it isn't built around your specific goals or weak points, it doesn't adapt when your recovery tanks or you miss a week, and it doesn't restructure as you progress. Dawg & Rabbit Fitness uses the same underlying science but builds the actual plan around your inputs and adapts mid-cycle. It isn't "better than" a champion's program — it's different in kind: individualized to you, not the same template for everyone.
How does it compare to JuggernautAI?
JuggernautAI is an AI-driven, autoregulated, evidence-based app focused primarily on powerlifting and strength. Dawg & Rabbit Fitness applies a similar evidence-based, autoregulated philosophy but is built specifically for CrossFit and hybrid athletes — concurrent strength, conditioning, and endurance sequenced together, with CrossFit-specific load tracking and peaking for the competition calendar.
Why should I trust an AI to write my program?
Because the science is exposed, not hidden. The periodization framework and load math (ACWR, TRIMP, CTL/ATL/TSB, monotony, strain) are deterministic and rule-based; the AI assembles the plan within those evidence-based constraints, and every prescription links to peer-reviewed research. You can read why each set, rep, and intensity was chosen.
Is there a free trial?
No time-boxed trial. Instead, the profile, biometrics, heart-rate zones, records, and all training-load metrics and tracking are permanently free, so you can see the engine before you pay. The paywall sits at program generation.
Can I cancel anytime, and is my data safe?
Yes — cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal, and you keep full access through the end of the paid period. Data is stored securely (Supabase), billing is handled by Stripe, and the full privacy policy is in the app. You can delete your account and data at any time.
